BRAIN WORMS is a hand retrieval game played on a point-to-point map. Take control of a cult, religion or corporation to try and brainwash the world.

PLAYER TURN

Players can do ONE of three things on their turn.

AQUIRE

Purchase a card from the market and add it to their hand.

PLAY

Play a card to a single discard and resolve its resource action OR board action.

RITUAL

As cards are played hands will thin. Pick up all played cards.

BOARD ACTIONS

Board actions affect the board and cost resources.

SPREAD

Spread your indoctrinated MEMBERS indoctrinated members around the board.

INDOCTRINATE

Recruit more members to the board.

BRAIN WORM

Infect the minds of an area, begin to control in a more FUNDAMENTAL way.

The BRAINWASHING and BOARD ACTION COST tracks move dynamically.

brainwashing

The brainwashing track keeps tabs on the amount of money you'll get paid out PER brain worm. As you place brain worms this number goes down.

board action cost

The board action cost denotes how much each action will cost in the three resources: MIRACLES, TEACHINGS, and STRUCTURE. The cost increases in one resource per action taken. One of the untaken actions will have one of its resource costs decrease. This is denoted by the turn order track below.
